New Patient Treatment Coordinators
When you first visit our office, you will be greeted by our new patient treatment coordinators. Their job is to guide you through the new patient process and make your appointment as comfortable and informative as possible. They will start out by giving you a tour of the office and will introduce you to Dr. Kaufman and our team members. They will, along with Dr. Kaufman, explain your orthodontic findings, review the treatment plans, and assist you with your appointments and any financial and insurance questions you may have. They are truly your concierges to our office. Please feel free to contact them any time with any questions you may have about your treatment.
New Patient Records/Marketing Coordinator
In order for your orthodontic treatment to begin, you will need to have some orthodontic records taken. Our record technician, Liz, will help you through this process. She will obtain whatever records the doctors have asked for, which can include a panorex, photos, cephalometric X-ray, and models of your teeth. It may even be necessary in some cases to obtain a CBCT image, which is a 3D image of your teeth and jaw bones. Liz also is our Marketing Coordinator she can assist you with any sponsorships or events your chidren may have. Please feel free to ask Liz anything about your treatment, or any events you may have.
Our appointment coordinators are here to help you with arranging your orthodontic appointments. They will greet you as you enter our office, walk you through the sign-in process, and direct you to our treatment areas. They will coordinate all of your future appointments and help with any questions you may have about upcoming appointments, school excuses, and financial issues. Their job is to welcome you with a smile and make sure that our office does everything we can to accommodate your busy schedules for your future orthodontic appointments.
Amy is also our office manager. She has been with our office for more than 10 years. Amy's duties include assisting patients with orthodontic financing and ensuring that our patients receive the maximum insurance benefits they deserve. She is also available to discuss and resolve any concerns or problems that may occur throughout your orthodontic treatments. With all the years of experience that Amy possesses, she is highly qualified, courteous, and professional, and is always willing to answer any questions about office policies or orthodontic care you may have. Our clinical team consists of both dental hygienists and assistants. All our clinicians are licensed, and most of them have over ten years of orthodontic experience. Their duties include assisting Dr. Kaufman at your appointments and providing instruction about the care and treatments necessary to obtain the smile you have always wanted. All of the team members routinely attend continuing education classes and are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. They are passionate about orthodontics and do everything they can to make each and every appointment comfortable, informative, and fun. They all look forward to working with you in your pursuit to your beautiful smile.
