New Patient/Treatment Coordinators

When you first visit our office you will be greeted by our New Patient Treatment Coordinators. Their job is to guide you through the new patient process and make your appointment as comfortable and informative as possible. They will start out by giving you a tour of the office and will introduce you to the doctors and team members. They will, along with the doctors, explain your orthodontic findings, review the treatment plans and assist you with your appointments and any financial and insurance questions you may have. They are truly your Concierges to our office. Please feel free to contact them anytime with any questions you may have about your treatment.

Records/Laboratory Technician

In order for your orthodontic treatment to begin you will need to have some orthodontic records taken. Our record technician, Liz, will help you through this process. She will obtain whatever records the doctors have asked her to which can include a panorex, photos, cephalometric xray , and models of your teeth. It may even be necessary, in some cases, to obtain a CBCT image which is a 3D image of your teeth and jaw bones. Liz also it our lab technician and makes many of our retainers right at the office. Feel free to ask Liz anything about your treatment, your records, or your retainers.

Appointment Coordinators

Our Appointment Coordinators are here to help your with arranging your orthodontic appointments. They will greet you as you enter our office and will walk you through the sign in process and direct you to our treatment areas. They will coordinate all of your future appointments and help with any questions you may have about upcoming appointments, school excuses, and financial issues. Their job is to welcome you with a smile and to make sure that our office does everything we can to accommodate your busy schedules for your future orthodontic appointments.

Our Office Administrator is named Toni. Toni has been with our office for over 20 years. Toni's duties include assisting patients with orthodontic financing and ensuring that are patients receive the maximum insurance benefits that they deserve. She is also available to discuss and resolve any concerns or problems that may occur throughout you orthodontic treatments. With all the years of experience that Toni possesses she is highly qualified, courteous, and professional and is always willing to answer any questions about the office policies and or orthodontic questions you may have. Orthodontic Clinical Assistants and Hygienists

Our Clinical Team consists of both dental hygienists and assistants. All of our clinicians are licensed and most of them have over 10 years of orthodontic experience. Their duties include assisting the doctors at your appointments and instructing our patients about the care and treatments necessary to obtain the smile you have always wanted. All of the team members routinely attend continuing education classes and are extremely knowledgable, skilled and professional. They all are passionate about orthodontics and do everything they can to make each and every appointment comfortable, informative and fun.
