Fran – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Fran. I’ve been a registered dental hygienist since 1992, and have been working for Dr. Kaufman since 1999. I love my job and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and stepdaughter. We enjoy outdoor activities and hanging out with family and friends. Please come see us at our office!
Jeff – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi Everybody! I'm Jeff and I joined Dr. Kaufman's team in 2003, but I have been a Dental Hygienist since 1998. In my free time I like playing guitar and video games, and my wife, Jill, and I enjoy traveling and eating fine food. So keep on smiling and I will see you in our office soon!
Kristina – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi! My name is Kristina and I am one of Dr. Kaufman’s orthodontic assistants. I have an identical twin sister, which can be fun at times. I spend my free time taking Karate and walking my dogs, Wilson and Elle. I can’t wait to learn more about you at your next visit!
Michelle – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Michelle and I have been one of Dr. Kaufman's hygienists since 2003, but have been in the dental field since 1997. I love working in such a fun environment and looking at beautiful smiles everyday. I spend my free time with my loving family. I have two active boys, Gavin and Rocco who keep me on my toes every minute. I can't wait to see some new smiling faces.
Liz – Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Liz and I am one of Dr. Kaufman's dental assistants! I will be one of the faces that greets you when you walk into our office! I have been a member of Dr. Kaufman's team since 2002. In my free time, my husband Brian and I enjoy spending time with our two sons Brendon and Michael and watching them play sports! I look forward to seeing you soon!
Lindsey – Sterilization Technician
Hi, my name is Lindsey and I am Dr. Kaufman’s sterilization technician. I live with my parents, but I am looking for a house of my own. I have 3 dogs at my parents’ house, and 2 cats at my boyfriend’s. I love animals! I attend MMC part-time in the Liberal Arts Program, but I am thinking about going into hygiene. I can’t wait to meet you and see your smile at our new office.
Lori – Front Desk Coordinator
Hi! I am Lori, one of the front desk coordinators, which means that I will be one of the smiling faces you see when you walk through the front of our office. I have been with Dr. Kaufman's team since April 2000. In my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking, crocheting, spending time with my family and friends and going to the Rush-Henrietta basketball games. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Debbie – Treatment Coordinator
Hi, my name is Debbie and I am one of Dr. Kaufman's Treatment Coordinators. I have the pleasure of greeting you and showing you around our wonderful office on your first visit. I have been with the team since February of 2004. I have known Dr. Kaufman and his team for a few years since my two daughters Caitlyn and Megan have been seeing them for their orthodontic treatment. In my free time I enjoy going with my husband Tom to the girls’ lacrosse and soccer games. I enjoy a good book, amusement parks and swimming. I look forward to meeting you in the future!
Michelle – Front Desk Assistant
Hello! My name is Michelle and I am the Front Desk Assistant. I have worked for Dr. Kaufman since 1999. Prior to that, I was a patient and I am now proud to say that I am sporting a beautiful "Kaufman Smile." Besides working with this great team, I am a college student studying childhood education. I graduated from Monroe Community College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and I am attending SUNY Geneseo in the fall of 2005. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, boyfriend, and our puppy! I look forward to seeing you at your next visit!
Courtney – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Courtney. I’ve been working with Dr. Kaufman and his wonderful team since August 2004. I love working as a dental assistant in the orthodontic field. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend. We go camping, fishing, and swimming. I look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
Melissa – Licensed Orthodontic Assistant
Hi I’m Melissa. I am a licensed dental assistant and I have been working on braces since 1996. I have worked with Dr. K since 2000 and I love being an orthodontic assistant for him. It’s the most rewarding job I could ever have. I am married and have 2 teenage sons. In the summer months we spend a lot of time at our cabin in Raquette Lake, NY. I enjoy hiking, bird watching and boating.
Toni – Office Administrator
Hi! My name is Toni and I have been Dr. Kaufman's office administrator since 1991. In addition to assisting our patients with insurance benefits and orthodontic financing, my job is to keep our team organized. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time at home with my husband Jay and vacationing in warm places. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Janet – Treatment Coordinator
Hi! My name is Janet and I am one of Dr. Kaufman's treatment coordinators. I look forward to meeting you on your first visit and showing you around the office. I have been with Dr. Kaufman's Team since 2000. I enjoy spending my free time with my wonderful family, which consist of my husband Mike, my daughters Kourtney, and Kylie and my stepdaughter, Alicia. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Dr. Kaufman
Dr. Bradley D. Kaufman has lived in Rochester most of his life. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984, earning a degree in biology. He then continued his education at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1988. Dr. Kaufman then completed 2 years of advanced training in orthodontics at St. Louis University. Following training, he returned to Rochester in 1990 and has been practicing orthodontics ever since. Jan – Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Jan and I’ve worked with Dr. Kaufman and his team since November 2005. I’m a licensed dental hygienist; I have enjoyed working in the orthodontics field. In my free time I love spending time with my three children and my husband Jim. We enjoy movies, soccer games and the theater. I look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
Darlene – Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Darlene. I’m a certified dental assistant and enjoy orthodontics. I’ve been working with Dr. Kaufman and his team since May 2006. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, and my children. Our hobbies are water sports, ATV’s and motorcycle riding. I look forward to meeting you at your next visit

Hi ! My name is Amy and I am one of Dr. Kaufman's Front Desk Coordinators. I have been working in the dental field for almost 15 years. When I am not at work having fun, I enjoy cooking, teaching dancing, and MOST of all spending time with my husband Phil, and my children Kaylee & PJ. I look forward to seeing all of you at your next orthodontic appointment.

Hello! My name is Aimee. I’ve been working in the Dental Field for the past 4 yrs. In March 2007, I joined Dr. Kaufman’s team and absolutely love working in orthodontics. When I’m not working on your smile, I enjoy spending time with my family. My two boys, Jonathan and Alex, sure keep me busy. We love being outdoors, cooking and just having fun together.
