We weren't sure what to expect from Dr. Kaufman's office but from the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and friendly employees.  Dr. Kaufman impressed me as a parent because he spoke to my daughter, not just me.  He made sure all of her questions were answered and that she was comfortable.  He always look at her and showed her specifically the areas that needed work in her mouth.  I was very pleased and couldn't wait to go home to tell my husband about our 1st appointment.  Our daughter cannot wait to get braces! Dr. Kaufman and his staff provide care from start to finish. The staff is so efficient and customer friendly. Your confirmation calls are always so upbeat, you feel you need to be a part of their team so your incentive to keep your appointment is high. Dr. K was responsible for my daughter's beautiful smile and although he put her braces on over 10 years ago, the quality has not changed. I guess that's what happens when you start with little room for improvement because you are at such a high level of service from the very start. Dr. Kaufman and his staff make this the #1 and ONLY choice in the Greater Rochester area for orthodontic care.
